Watching sound FX on NFL network and I think he would make a great coach if he decides to coach. What are the chances that coaches in college and one day the HC at Tennessee?

I'd say about 25%, but I think it's about 75% he coaches in the NFL if he decides to coach.

He's a great player and probably the smartest QB to ever play the game. That being said, I don't think he would be a good HC.

Because I don't think he'll become a coach, I think he'll go the GM route

Titans would be dumb to not offer him the GM job the second he decides to retire.

He's not going to be a college head coach or an nfl head coach.

He's specifically said he doesn't ever want to be a HC here. He's viewed as almost a god here and being HC could frick that up

not many people that exit the game at the peak of their profession go into coaching. they can make a lot more money doing other things with a lot less stress pressure and time. Very few if any HC's in FB were stud players.

Word on the street is he and a few others are working on buying the Titans. He'd be a portion of a group of minority owners, sorta how Elway did with the Broncos
