won’t they just remove this to federal court? are they arguing amount in dispute?

I would say good luck but don’t hold your breath. Larry Gillard was ruled ineligible back in 1975 at State because he received a discount at a clothing store in Starkville that was offered to ALL students. Coach Tyler got an injunction that allowed him to play. Three years later NCAA err the NAZI’s somehow won the case and forced State to forfeit 19 wins and two ties (1975-1977). Still the most egregious thing ever done by the nc2a.
Given the Wild Wild West charade that we are witnessing today, the above seems incomprehensible.
But since bizarre is the norm today, the NAZI’s will probably win again in this case too.
