Well in regards to auburn, if they beat #1 ranked bama and then beat Georgia again in the SECCG (considering Georgia wins out) that's beating two number 1 teams and then another win over top-7 Georgia in the past few weeks. That's hard to ignore, especially if they do what they did to Georgia again

ETA: it also looks like Miami and Clemson are on a collision course, one of them will drop

I see your point. But they’d have to win both. If they lose the SECG, Alabama is in.

Aren't you forgetting someone? If Auburn beats Alabama but loses to UGA, then Alabama and UGA are both 1 loss teams, with UGA having clearly the better W/L resume, an SEC championship, and a redemptive win for their only loss. No. The SEC will not have 2 teams. If Auburn beats Bama, they are out. Big "if" though

I’m sorry, but Clemson’s passing game isn’t enough to keep them in the game with Bama this year should they get to that game again. Clemson’s been able to have success against Bama because they were able to be successful with a balanced attack. In large part due to Watson.
As for Wisconsin, please let this happen. Nothing would be better than seeing another big ten team get skull dragged in the cfp.

Oklahoma beats top 10 TCU and moves up one spot and Clemson beats unranked FSU and moves up two

Georgia no longer has the better win loss resume right now. Beat an over rated Notre dame team, run out by auburn.

Doesn't really matter if we win out, and that is a big if. we should be in. Everybody above us has a game they could lose and at least 2 teams ahead of will lose, with Bama playing Auburn and Miami playing Clemson.

Then you have Wisconsin playing Michigan and the Big 10 championship against probably Ohio St.

Oklahoma still has a game with West Virginia and the Big 12 championship against either TCU or Oklahoma St.

So like someone said the top 7 teams if you win out your in.

The Auburn win for Clemson in addition to the beat down that AU just put on the #1 team was a good thing..well done.

Clemson #2 is ridiculous. The Syracuse loss continues to be ignored,

Clemson has 7 wins against teams in the top 35 of the massey composite rankings.

Their resume is very strong.

I don't mind the committee rewarding their schedule. I think Oklahoma should be ahead of Miami, too.

Not just ESPN. Every other poll, by a large margin. Vegas. Need more recommendations?

Completely agree. Clemson should win that game lining up playing the wishbone, and they got dominated.

Just the right situation for the committee to try to sneak in Ohio St....

Just imagine if Alabama and Clemson win out and meet for the national championship, again.

And, it’s possible.

But what good is a strong resume when you lose to a 4-6 squad? Call me old school but I can't get with some of this SOS stuff.
