Absolutely true and I agree that those teams have a gripe but they shouldn't have any more of a gripe this week than last week.

EDIT: The reason I have Miami not having one is 1)As of right now they're still in the CFP and 2) the ACC Championship was always going to be the deciding factor in Miami vs Clemson getting in anyway.

I'm not trying to troll Bama fans, as I get along pretty well with them for the most part, but they are not a strong 11-1 team this year to get in as a non conference champ. their resume isn't close to as good as OSU who got in last year as a non conference champ

OSU had road wins over Oklahoma and Wisconsin and a home win over Michigan. Those teams were 6,7 and 8 in the CFP rankings before bowl games. OSU's only loss was on the road to #5.

Bama will have wins over LSU and Miss. St if they lose to Auburn, and those teams won't be anywhere near the top 10, with only one of those 2 being on the road.

If they beat Auburn and lose to UGA, then there is a real chance they get in IMO

Ohio St. will not beat Wisconsin this year. They're not very good.

They're not counting the loss for Clemson because Kelly was injured is the narrative that keeps getting played which is fine but is Alabama going to get the same gimme considering they literally lost 3 starting LB for the season and 4th rotational LB in certain packages should they drop a game.

Apples vs oranges somewhat.

Most teams will experience a significant drop in offesive production if they lose their starting QB. Bryant was severly hobbled then knocked out for only the Syracuse loss. Clemson returned to form when Bryant returned.

Most of Bama's LB injuries are season-ending. So, if Bama loses mainly because of those injuries, there's no logical reason to forgive it as being an anomoly unless the replacement LBs later demonstrate that they've improved significantly.

Ohio state will name their score in Wisconsin. Wisconsin has not beaten a team as good as MSST or LSU this year. Their schedule is pathetic it's like they didn't even attempt to play a decent schedule.

Not so fast my friend.

Iowa routed Ohio St. The next week Wisconsin held Iowa's offense to 63 yards and zero points. Iowa's 14 points came via two pick-6s.

I'm curious to see how Wisconsin and Ohio St fare vs Michigan the next two weekends.

Wisconsin may be better than some "experts" think.

If HJ is your backup quarterback then why did he not play? They put Cooper in. Did Dabo purposefully not try to win?

I don't think Dabo was trying lose, but many Clemson fans think HJ is the better passer and should have started.

Just because Dabo has earned the trust of the fan base doesn't make him infallible...Many think it was a bad call. Dabo has had this hangup about being a little too loyal to QB's and I think he doesn't always make the right choice...With that said, we don't see what they see at practice. Us fans only get to judge on game day.

A lot of us would rather have had KB sit the game out, get completely healthy if if it meant losing a game because history has shown a team can lay an egg and still get in with one loss.

I think he took a big chance as losing KB for the season or perhaps had a lingering ankle injury to a QB that relies heavily on his legs.

Dabo guessed right, but he could have easily been wrong.

Didn't read the thread, but I assume everyone here is cool with Clemson being #2, right?

How good is Wisconsin really since all they've been facing is the Little Sisters of the Poor and a bad division?

If I was Urban Meyer I would have taken out J.T. Barrett during their arse whipping against Iowa and made up some concussion thing and they would still be number three or four
