No. I'll preface it by saying he's one of my favorite players ever in college but... He may not be even be better than Prince Amukamara, he's not going number 1.

Honestly, If PP makes a run for the Heisman I would be all for it. The guy is a friggin beast.

It's probably not a good idea to do the Heisman pose this early in the season though. Especially in a close game like that.

I do think PP will be a top 7 pick though.

there are a lot of great players this yr and Robinson has to be in the top5. Just like PP if Bama doesnt have MI we dont win this game. He carried us last yr at times and he is doing it this yr. If LSU's offense was as good as in yrs past I dont think PP gets the love he doess now, but considering he puts up as many pts on Def or ST as the LSU offense he will get a ton of consideration from the Heisman.

Cam Newton is doing more than anyone and he has done it against 2 quality teams already and he carried Auburn on his back in both of them.

Just telling you what the non-biased people say.
Now go back to your provincial hackery.

He's almost certainly done at the end of the year. The only enticement to return would be a coaching change (hint: Not Chavis) and the killer recruiting class ready to go for 2011.

Who would entice him to stay ?
He's gone.
It's a foregone conclusion.
He'd start in the NFL after a week of NFL camp.
He's so far beyond LSU it's not funny.

Is anyone doing more for his team or making more impact plays each game than Peterson is?

Yes. Cam is a more important player to his team than PP. Not saying he is better, but definitely more important to his team.

Spoken like a true homer......

Cam is a freaking QB that touches the ball MUCH more than PP......yet, arguably, PP is MUCH more important to LSU

You're an idiot. Did you watch last nights AU vs USCe game? Cam was fricking Keeanu Reeves in that game. Peterson is HUGE for LSU, but not as big as Newton is for Auburn...no way.

People in the State of Alabama and various carnies agree with you.
CFN , people who don't spell it "turdition" and people without lead-based paint chip diets disagree.
No need to flood your Big Girl panties.
