And in other news from this game, let’s put the matter plainly: Patrick Peterson is the best football player in the United States of America right now, with Denard Robinson being a close second. Seriously: Is anyone doing more for his team or making more impact plays each game than Peterson is? Let’s not be biased against defensive players or special-teams studs. If you’re the best player in the country, you’re the best player in the country. Period. That’s what Peterson is right now.
