What's unbelievable?

Your LSU cohort said he was apparently a violent felon.

Since he hasn't been convicted of this charge and has no prior convictions, he is yet to be a felon of any kind.

I'm sorry your previous education didn't provide you with that basic knowledge. Maybe you should consider taking a few adult education classes to help clear things up.
