When someone is sacking the QB from the front, how is he supposed to adjust his body where he doesn’t fall on him. Seems like that’s just physics.

Pretty smart on their part. Interestingly, we tried to outfox them and get them to jump the very next series when we were down at their 5. There was a stoppage in play and we had one timeout. As Leavitt headed to the field, you could lip read Lane saying "If it doesn't work, call timeout." Sadly, we outfoxed ourselves and we jumped.

Even though I know the outcome, every time I watch it I hope they succeed and I'm gutted when they don't. God bless all of them. Let's roll!

In 2016 (Sankey's first full year as Commissioner), Cat 5 Hurricane Matthew had Gainesville in the crosshairs for a game day landfall. Florida’s team was beat up with several starters not expected to play because of injury. Florida AD seized the moment and continued to say the game would go on when everyone knew that could never happen. There was plenty of time to move the game to a neutral site or LSU. LSU kept offering options. Florida kept insisting it could go forward.

It was abundantly clear Florida, who had title aspirations, was trying to postpone the game to get their players healthy. Sankey sat idly by and did nothing. Finally, Florida said “it doesn’t look like the game can go forward” but by that time it was too late for any alternatives. Sankey then poured salt in the wound by publicly thanking Florida but not LSU for their efforts.

Tony is an incredible trial attorney. He likes to give off the impression that he is winging it (doesn't know people's names, etc...) but he's setting traps the whole time. Juries eat him up. SEC will have their hands full.
