Supposed to be there but hasn't showed up yet. They are roasting him right now for apparently dodging the interview.

He has nothing to gain and a lot to lose by appearing on such a show.
Right now the only thing on Cam's mind is getting past January 10 clean. Once that day passes, he is in the clear.
Expect him to duck all media interviews and such from here on out, he just needs to avoid publicity at all costs.

It is smart not to give any ammunition. Those who believe he's guilty will take anything he does or says as evidence to their belief. If I were him I would lay low and let my play speak for me!
