The LSU / A&M game will be for a spot in Atlanta against Texas

I still think this is a flawed LSU team with at least another loss or two ahead of us. We are getting better on defense, but we could just as easily be 0-2 in the SEC vs 2-0.

SU vs. Texas in the SEC Championship game.

After yesterday's performances it's clear Texas is the SEC's top team, and will handle beat Georgia next week.
Bama is too inconsistent and plays LSU, Oklahoma and Tennessee on the road.
LSU's OT victory over Ole Miss was the spark that the Tigers could use to sweep the rest of their schedule.

Thoughts?

I see what u did there, reminds me of the General Custer scene from Little Big Man. Putting that reverse psychology on LSU.

The SEC is like the NFL the difference between the top teams and the bottom is not as wide as it was even 5 years ago when you had usually 2 elite teams, always Bama and maybe a UGA or LSU. It is literally a week to week thing where u just need to win the game and move on.

LSU can beat any of the next 6 teams we play, and we can lose any of those 6 (at Arkansas, at Aggie, then Bama then at UF then close with Vandy and OU).

Right now OU looks to be the team that I feel is the most probable win, but like I said no easy W's on the schedule..

I still think it'll be Texas v. Georgia.

There's not much separating Tennessee, LSU., Alabama, Missouri, and Ole Miss.

The third tier looks to be Arkansas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Florida and Vandy.

Kentucky, Miss St and Auburn are lost causes.

If what we saw out of LSU’s defense last night stays consistent then I agree with your statement. I honestly think the Arky game is a trap game.

Having grown up an LSU fan in New Orleans, I would pay an absurd amount of money to be at that one.

Everyone is flawed except for seemingly Texas. Georgia and Bama for the first time in a long time just look like any other of a handful of decent teams. Kinda wild. A&M seems scarier than both atm.

We've got a fumbling rb problem and rusty qb play. Not perfect by far. Hopefully we're closer to perfect next week.

The reality is that LSU could easily win OR lose any of their remaining games. I can see a hangover game vs Arky or Aggie winning at CS. I even think UF could get an upset at Gainesville. Bama is still very dangerous and hell, Vandy looks tough.

Any let down and LSU could take an L.

I think we're still 1 recruiting cycle away.

We have depth issues.

I want to know where this Pete Golding defense was at Alabama because he has Ole Miss playing great.

Why the hell would you do this thread?

Your team is one game back from both of them, in midseason

Our offense looked problematic yesterday. Ewers didn’t look right. We would’ve struggled against Georgia yesterday.

Golding was chasing trim on the strip instead of coaching defense his last two seasons at Bama.
He will cost His head coach his job at OM.

LSU most likely goes 3-1. I feel best about Bama, then Arky and Florida, in that order. I think we lose to Aggies
