I’d say yea. Considering Burrow was barely on campus at this time last year

Buy. Closer to 30 IMO.

Jamarr Chase is going to have a monster year

Or a fluke injury early in the season. God forbid on that one.

I could see him just missing though. Coach O isn't quite at the "3 things can happen when you throw a pass and 2 of them are bad" stage but he isn't exactly a disciple of the Air Raid offense.

I think the bigger indicator of how successful LSU's offense will be is whether Burrow is efficient as opposed to how many TDs he throws.

The Bayou Bengals don't need someone to put up monster passing numbers. It would be nice, but they don't need it. Someone that keeps the chains moving and keeps them on schedule is easily enough to win 10 or more games with their talent.

That having been said... if Burrow has a season like Brandon Allen had at Arkansas in 2015 where he was efficient and passed for quite a few TDs then LSU is playing in the CFP unless they have a defensive meltdown.

Our offense is going to be a lot of air raid and spread concepts. Lots of mesh routes and option routes tied into RPOs. Also mostly out of shotgun. Emery and TDP are going to thrive in the offense and be the real catalyst behind the LSU offense improving.

That is, if the OL improves as is expected. Def need to run with those guys to keep defenses honest. Brossette and the OL last season were jokes

Since 2007, only 2 LSU QB's have passed for over 20 TD's in a season:

2007 Matt Flynn with 17
2013 Zack Mettenberger with 22

First, MF had 21.
second, why did you start in '07 when Jamarcus threw for 20+ in '06?

I'll go 25 TDs

3,100 yards
62% completion
25 TDs
7 INTs
QB Rating around 150

Trolling a national championship loss in football vs. a super regional appearance in baseball.

Definitely equal.

Being so ate up with another team you celebrate or hope for other teams to do things yours couldn't is really all I take from it.

Don't really get it, but to each their own

I’m buying.

We will also increase our rushing TD’s

We will be scoring more points through the air and ground this year.

I’ve got a feeling

I don't know what this means, I was merely pointing out how silly it is to me to celebrate/hope for other teams beating a rival you couldn't beat, which is the case in both of these instances.
