If Kirby, with his stacked roster along with the incredible success he’s had in his young career, wanted either Chaney or Gran at UGA, they’d be there. Chaney’s not worth nearly the money that Tenner’s paying him, so Kirby passed on a bidding war with the school that already fired him one time. A couple of you Dawgs, who for some reason are triggered all to hell that someone may have turned down your program’s job offer, have said something to this effect. You have no idea what makes someone tick or what motivates him in his work life or personal life. If you would just set aside your bruised pride to consider this fact, you’ll find you really have no reason to have bruised pride in the first place.

So the UK RB position coach - who also has the title of asst. head coach, but we all know that all that means is, he gets to have a multi-year contract with the title - turns down an offer to be the offensive coordinator at UGA (he says), to stay at Kentucky.

There's not one UGA beat writer who confirms he was offered the primary OC posistion.Not Chip Towers,Seth Emerson or Marc Weiszer.

Gran has EVERY rea$on in the world to exaggerate the offer.What are the reasons UGA and Kirby have to deny it?
