Current rumors running online are that she said something derogatory and spit on him. The spit would explain why his reaction was slow and he went to shove her head as she was passing and not while she was right in front of him,
Once again he shouldn’t have done it but let’s not act like she’s innocent until we have all the facts.

No, it’s not. It’s just not getting handled very well. Whomever is investigating on behalf of Saban simply needs to:
1. Watch the video.
2. Talk to him.
3. Talk to her.
4. Report back to Saban
5. Saban makes Burton issue a public apology.
6. Suspend Burton one game.
…everybody moves on. It’s this “we’re looking into it” bullshite that stretches it out. People want to know how a story ends. Keep them in suspense and they will keep talking about it.

It’s 2022 not 1960. And nobody but him heard or reacted to what she said? But somehow he and only he was able to hear this? In a crowd of thousands, in the middle of a celebration, and it triggered him so bad he takes 1 swing and calmly walks away. And despite almost a week of this being in the news he hasn’t come forward to even make such an outlandish allegation.
