So we have an update. The girl in question has deleted the video, marked her ticktock as private and she has refused any interviews. Now why would someone who didn’t instigate this do all of that?
Current rumors running online are that she said something derogatory and spit on him. The spit would explain why his reaction was slow and he went to shove her head as she was passing and not while she was right in front of him,
Once again he shouldn’t have done it but let’s not act like she’s innocent until we have all the facts.

I personally seriously doubt she said anything or spit on him. If that was the case, she wouldn't have spoke up to start with.
He pushed her because he was pushing everyone who came up on him like that. Dick move.
She most likely shut everything down because she just wants to go on with her life. I don't blame her at all.

What Burton did was stupid but people are acting like he shot someone. This is getting more social media coverage than the LSU coed that was shot a month ago without an arrest to date.
If people spent as much energy fixing real issues, and we have many, this world would be a lot better place to be.

I get it. He was ticked off because they got beat. We all think we would be great losers, but in reality most of us would react in a similar fashion. Feelings and emotions are boiling up inside and fans in orange are all over the place. I don't find it difficult to believe somebody (several somebodies) said stuff to taunt him. That's what people do. It's a text book case of why fans should stay off the field after a game...or at least contain themselves to congratulations to their own players and leaving the other team alone. There is a lot of emotions going on.

This argument is not only completely dumb, but also completely false. There was no "trespassing law" broken no matter how many times you Bama fans try to parrot this line in order to deflect blame.
EVEN IF THERE WAS some sort of trespassing law with the case law to back it up (when it comes to fans rushing the field being prosecuted for trespassing), Burton had no right to dole out the punishment himself. Not only that, the punishment for trespassing isn't a physical smack on the head, AND that's also after the person has their day in court to decide guilt or innocence.
Do you realize how dumb this argument truly is? Probably not, considering you made it in the first place.
