Almost like the Chambliss hearing where a Mississippi judge who graduated from Ole Miss ruled him eligible.
Remember, Ole Miss had nothing to do with that!!!

And the SEC can suspend Kiffin for half the season and fine lsu $35M. And there’s nothing you will be able to do
They don't want to open antitrust here.

We’re laughing at how psychotically retarded you all are. I hope you play these players. I want your locker room and program as toxic as possible. I want you hated by every college football fan in the country. And you’re doing everything I want you to do. All this for 8-4 is laughable.
Your quarterback is older than half the starters in the NFL. Get the frick out of here pussy.

Tim Mars apparently slept through his Civil Procedure class.
He might also want to bone up on the Anti-Injunction Act (28 U.S.C. § 2283).
And the 11th Amendment.

This is why the SEC sued you fricking retards in federal court. In Alabama.
People keep saying this as if a “federal court” isn’t still going to be mostly people local to that area. The judge, most of the Assistant US Attorneys, and the US Attorney of that district will comprise of people that will likely be from that area which creates the same local bias as a state court.

lol tom mars is a moron. He said yesterday that the injunction today had no chance to pass
You're free to disagree with his opinions, but in this case he's referring to the mechanics of a federal court finding overruling a state court finding.

I don't know. A few hours ago, most on the SEC Rant said the players were going to lose today.
LSU didn't win or lose today. The players won.
We get to play a 2nd string TE and a hurt DL. I'm sure other SEC teams will add a few players that might be better if they have roster space.

Except LSU wasn’t a part of the case
LSU became part of the case when Lane recruited and signed former NFL players, which is against SEC bylaws.
My guess is the SEC expected to lose in a Louisiana court. Filing in Federal court as the Sankey is taking the stand in Louisiana sends a clear message.
