I’m still trying to figure out how duke unc and Kentucky will stay clean in all of this
Are we to believe that all the one and done lottery picks they signed got nothing while fringe first round or second round are the only ones with their hands out
Can the ncaa enforce anything or is it based on an illegal fed investigation
