If Auburn is self-imposing a post-season ban for an assistant coach lining his own pockets, what in the world is LSU going to get hammered with?
Since LSU has done nothing wrong....nothing.

Brave to do it in a year where their starting PG is facing eligibility issues and they wouldn’t make the tourney anyway.
The year Syracuse got off to a shitty start and pulled this should have ended this practice.

they should have lost their accreditation.
Their accreditation credentials were put on some sort of probationary period after all that
Not sure what the downvote is for. What I said is a fact

The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools’ Commission on Colleges has placed the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a year-long probationary period — the harshest sanction before revocation of accreditation.
The ruling was announced at a commission board meeting Thursday and follows the May 20, 2015 receipt of allegations filed by the NCAA. According to the News & Observer, the decision was a culmination of recurring meetings during the accrediting agency’s summer conference.

Tell that to Harrick and UGA. It was the exact same thing.

Smart for them to do it this year.

Auburn is the poster child program for this corrupt league.

Not really. They also did more than just that. They also didn’t get a postseason ban

Lol LSU fans do not actually think they are going to avoid punishment but the “Will Wade can get away with anything!” bit makes for good internetting.

This was for asst. coaches/administrators taking money under the table. Imagine what would happen if a HC was caught on tape talking about buying players?
