They will definitely sue LSU which is the lunacy of it all. Once the judge granted them eligibility and tried to block the SEC from punishing them then that pretty much guaranteed them a roster spot in their minds.

I would suspect that it will be filed in the MD of Louisiana, to end all this supremacy's clause bullshite. (Louisiana is the 5th circuit and Alabama is in the 11th circuit btw)

Honestly doubt it, LSU will likely pay them to just keep quiet and go try the NFL again because all of this just isnt worth it.

You don't seem to understand how things work. The SEC didn't offer these players LSU did so the players can sue LSU for not living up to their agreement, but not the SEC. LSU would do good to just pay these players and be done with all of this.
