GAF index 5.0 says otherwise.

This is good work. I honestly can't find much to argue with.

Michigan ahead of USC is just lol

UGA is 22.5 points behind Bama and 2 points above LSU.
Thats hardly a “tier” above.
Is this graphic saying the tabulation started with 1970 season? Have never seen that year used as a starting point.

Nah. Michigan has been way more consistent over the years IMO
Michigan has spent 944 weeks ranked in the AP Poll (#2 all time) while USC is at just 831 (#6 all time). That's a very wide gap.
Final AP Poll results:
Top 25 finishes: Michigan 65, USC 52
Top 10 finishes: Michigan 41, USC 29
Top 5 finishes: USC 19, Michigan 18
It's true USC has more titles, but Michigan's consistency puts them ahead in my mind.

I think they are ignoring some of Auburn’s National Championships!

most AI clickbait bulslhti like the OP is garbage but I will give the person who put it together for the following:
-not having michican as high as many other media outlets. When there's only like a half dozen football programs for 20 years it's easy to rack up a high win count. They also have an astounding lack of national titles over the last 75 years
-having UGA in the top 10
-having UGA and LSU neck and neck, as they shoudl be, with UGA having a slight edge
-Tennessee dropping way down as they should

The ranking is fine but the tiers are annoying.
LSU has 3 of the last 25 national championships. aTm has 0 in 75+ years.
We are in the same “tier” at aTm and a tier below UGA. Meanwhile we are 2pts behind UGA and 15ptd above aTm.
