Nope, as I said (yesterday?), I completely understand why they're throwing everything that they can against the wall to see what sticks. Greg will need expensive medical care for the rest of his life.
But it's very clear at this point that some of it isn't true.
Some folks, such as yourself, seem angered that this is the case.

Probably. It's probably true that BK hasn't had any contact with them since they filed the lawsuit.
