A lot of people seem to hate Texas. I don't get it. I'm just a country boy who got accepted and was happy to go and better myself. People give me shite all the time for being a Texas grad. I've seen jealousy, and frankly it looks like jealousy.
I will say that the talent level at Texas is off the charts. I'm used to being the smartest person in any room, but that was not the case at Texas.
Back when I went we still had Robert E Lee standing proud. I'd go eat lunch with the old General many a nice day between classes.

There will never be a more useless band of fans than when they’re wearing Daisy puke orange. Notre Dame’s last little debacle just illustrated to everyone else how annoying their haven’t won anything in forever asses are. I think they’re honestly pissed they’re not the biggest douchebags.
Always knew Texas was a bunch of whiney bitches but we didn’t have to deal with them on a regular basis. Nowadays the list added behind Auburn but charging hard trying to push them out of 3rd

Please clip someone from the university saying Texas would cancel games if it didn’t make the playoffs.
The “pansies” have cleaned your clock the last two years and this year was a down year for Texas football and arguably the best season the Aggies have had in this century.

I'm not going to argue douchiness....but in the last 100 years ND has 11 National Championships, so, yes, you could argue they have something to show for it and have had a "moment or two". I absolutely hate ND, so don't force me to defend them again.
As for Texas, I have no problem with them, other than they sometimes have the appearance of trying to impose their will to influence things....just like everybody else. They are just better at it and get what they want a lot. Should be interesting to see how they and Alabama get along.

I honestly don't have strong opinions about them either way.
I don't like the ND 2025 tantrum that removed another game for players in their last year of football or fans that support their team.
But, I couldn’t really give a shite about either. I don't know they are more or less "douchey" than most any other major program.

I'm literally not Vernon, or a POS.
I am here because of an interest in the game. Some of you get a bit too emotional. My advice is to go to Wal*Mart and buy a youth size ball and go toss it around with the kids/grandkids. FWIW, I'm rooting for all SEC teams in the CFP, even would like to see the Ags win 1 game.
