UGA. I think Florida fans are prepared for the possibility.

UF fans have had rough years this last decade. A loss happens, the melt wont be as massive.

Are you kidding? UF fans have been screaming about the talent gap shrinking and that their loss to UGA wasn’t as bad as the scoreboard last year. UF fans absolutely think they can win the east and that’s why their melt would be worse.

A win by ND would start an endless conversation about ND and their playoff chances. You'll hear this crap every day till they shite the bed. I would rather hear of Geogia's chances of a playoff bid. LSU will handle them in Atlanta.

UGA can still win the East and go to the SECC with a loss to ND. A conference loss for UF would hurt them much more than a non conference top 10 loss to ND.

I'd definitely prefer not to lose. That would suck.

ND is at best an average team. Absolutely no excuse to lose to them this year. None.

Oh I agree. I just think UF fans have been so used to being disappointed that we will kind of shrug it off as "well frick here we are again" at this point, where as UGA fans have been waiting their whole life for that title, and seeing it possibly fall out this early in a season especially when this is considered to be "the year" because next year is likely a rebuild for you guys...I see a large arse melt.

Either way. Neither fan base will be happy. Both expect to win these games, and neither fan base is going to be okay with losing.

I mean maybe. I think ND is actually a pretty decent team, just doesn't have the athletes to play with the southern teams like they play with the Northern 3 yards and a cloud of dust teams.

I think UF would have a bigger melt, not that it would be gigantic but because of everything already laid out. It’s a conference loss to possibly the shittiest team in the conference. UG losing to ND would suck, but does not exclude them from SECCG, nor from playoffs.

Really its been UGA fans posting more about this shite than UF fans, convincing themselves that UF fans are really posting this

If McElwain was still coaching, yes. But it's Mullen now, and he's supposed to be "the man." He went 10-3 last year and the Gators were "back." Now he's losing players and scraping by bad teams. If he loses to Tennessee we'll know he ain't the man and never was the man.

A 12-1 Georgia is in over Clemson or OU if either lose a game along the way

Dabo and Hurts are the media darlings. If OU and Clemson are 12-1 but win their title games they will make the playoff. In fact, if Clemson went 12-0 and lost the ACCCG, they likely would still make the playoff.

At least Georgia has hopes. Don't you wish Florida did?

UF is 3-0, and still has everything in front of them. So, yes UF still has high hopes.

What is your point?

I'm sorry but...high like Outback Bowl high? Or just bowl eligible high? Because if you've seen what I've seen out of the Gators your hopes can't be much higher than that.

3-0, 1-0 in SEC.

Still has SEC East and SEC Title hopes right in front of them.

Hope: a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.

Do you have a real feeling or expectation that Florida will in the SEC this season?
