It would be unfortunate as TCU would still have a better resume if they lose, but you are likely correct.

Ok I’ll bite

UGA won their division
UGA was 12-0 and the only undefeated P5 team in the country going into conference championship week.
UGA had been #1 the majority of the season. Even after the loss they still had the same record as Michigan and Alabama with no more embarrassing of a loss.
UGA beat final rankings:
#14 10-3 Clemson
#18 10-3 Kentucky
#21 9-4 Arkansas
By a combined score of 77-13
They beat 3 teams in the top 10 at game time.

Then in the playoffs beat Alabama by 15 and Michigan by 23 in a game over at half time.

The SEC is 6-1 vs the Big 10 in Championship play, and that excludes beating the team that knocked out the Big 10 team.

In this century an SEC has been in the playoffs 18 times, won it 13 times in 22 years

In this Century a Big 10 team has been in the playoffs 11 times, won it 2 times in 22 years

You see how they aren’t the same?

The weekly competition & grind of the B10 season can test your soul...and drain your will! It's really a f****** matter of survival. Can't wait until the new playoff format, either, many of you trailer park Hee Haw's are gonna be heading up to B10 country

I want some of what this guy is smoking...

As for the new playoff format.. Be careful what you ask for.

Listen, man, these sec dudes don't know how good they got it. They play their schedules, they talk about who has more appliances on their front porch, who has a nicer trailer, and whether or not beastiality is a crime or is a sporting event! Not much for entertainment down south, I totally understand.

Every time the B10 faces an sec team in a Bowl game, it's played someplace tropical. They always have an advantage. F*** that! Even when a team like Auburn has the GUTS & comes up north (and I gave them credit last year), it's always played in the month of September.

So, my point is, after the new playoffs start, the sec will FUNDAMENTALLY change. Each loss will mean an sec team is that much closer to playing up north. They best get that bye week, too, because every stadium in the B10 is an open air stadium...and every year there will be multiple B10 teams in the Tournament.

You talk about exciting, let's talk about GA, AL, LSU, FL, TENN, whoever getting on an airplane down south in 75 degree weather and landing in 20 degree & cold & snowy & windy Ann Arbor or Columbus or Happy Valley or Madison or Minneapolis in the month of DECEMBER...well, the playing field will level out a bit, I promise!

Didn't Georgia lose to Alabama in Georgia?

In GA, not at UGA.

Much different advantage on your home campus.

Plus, a limited Corum was huge. He has 33% of their TDs on the year (19). The QB has thrown for fewer than Corum has produced. He accounted for nearly 50% of their total rush yards on the year.

Dodging the Corum and Edwards combo was a significant advantage, as was an early whistle that kept another UM TD off the board.

It was every advantage to tOSU in a playoff like environment, and they were run off the field. Mainly through stubborn defensive coaching refusing to adjust coverages that weren't working, similar to their NCG loss to Bama.

Still, I'm not surprised to see them a 5. Should Purdue somehow manage to upset UM though, I think the committee has a much tougher evaluation of tOSU compared to any other 1 loss non-conf champ (1-loss TCU likely in over tOSU) or potentially some 2 loss teams.

You have reached your ceiling at Meat Chicken. The CFP championship will eternally elude you.
You may make it past the first round a few times playing a B12 or PAC school, but, ultimately you will lose to an SEC team...forever.
Prepare your anus. Bo's corpse ain't coming through the door to save you.

Utah has already beaten USC so there is a good chance they can do it again.

TCU is OK, mostly winning because Big 12 teams are awful. Hopefully Kansas State can beat them.

Thanks for Kid Rock, Flint, Detroit, and the transplants that love Michigan so much they left.

I am someone that has followed THE Ohio State program for some time, I have my reasons.

THE Ohio State has won every game, that was not played. It is just the nature of their fans.

Hey DA, Alabama has been playing at Penn State since the 80's, including the month of November.

Kid Rock was OK until he went south and wrapped himself in the confederate flag.

It is easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than to get a southern team to play north of the Ohio River.

You know, I do not blame Warren for saying that, he is paid handsomely to do so. Also, I wanted Bama to be rated 5 instead of OSU, even if I did not believe it would turn out that way, nor should it have. But here is one fact I know, Michigan would not, under any circumstances have walked into Bryant Denny on Saturday and beaten Bama by 22 points. Would thay have won? Maybe, but not like that.

Notre Dame and Penn State are better wins then anyone TCU has beaten. TCU would be in the middle of the B1G or SEC.

WTF? A TexASS 5&7 fan talking smack about MICHIGAN? ROTFLMAO right now. If I was a fan of your Agricultural, sheepherding POS school, and Jumblow Fisher was my (give lotsa) head coach, I'm not sure I'd be saying anything right now, for real...

Time for some reality, dude. Stay out on the prairie & keep sodomizing your sheep & cattle & riding around on Brokeback Mountain with your "partner", because the entire college football world thinks of TexASS 5&7 as a f***** Sun Belt team...

Georgia played at Notre Dame in 2017, Ohio State’s last regular season game in the southeast was a 34-3 loss @ Miami in 2011?

Why should Ohio State go south when southern teams do not want to play the return game? SEC teams only want neutral site games close to them.

About as easy as it is to get B1G teams to play South of it.

But, knowing CFP and Conference expansion are likely to screw some of it up. Bama has games scheduled @ND, tOSU, Wisky. Minnesota and BC over the next 10 years. CFB Futures Schedule
