God is going to commit to Auburn?

He is still on the roster and has 2 more years of eligibility.

Coach Boom is being very nice in this case.

That is the hot rumor as of now. I have heard nothing from credible sources yet, but word is Muschamp is allowing the transfer to AU

Boom's AU wife was gonna go cold on him unless he gave it up to Auburn.

Is this whats up? or joking

It's the predominant rumor but nothing has been confirmed.

If it is Blakely, is there any possibility of an NCAA waiver that would make him eligible this season? Also, does anyone know the real reason he wants to leave FL? It surely has nothing to do with heat, ocean breezes and trees.

Dawgs are fine. We''l get Blanks and Yuri wright, possibly Smith. If UGA wants to pull in another stellar class like last year, we have to win. Period. If we go out there and win 10+ gams or go to the SECCG or both, then you may see some already committed kids open things up. But until then UGA has go to win games, or else settle for a good but not great class

From what was said, it was family pressure

Rumor is that he might commit to AU sometime next week. Even if it happens, I suspect there will be a battle to the end for him.

I think he didn't feel comfortable in the pro offense and prefers to be featured in a spread style O.

Just heard on WJOX that he enrolled at AU, he wants to play in the spread, and did not want to play in UF's new Pro-style offense.

Always a possibility, but I don't see it happening. The NCAA may see it as opening a door that they'd prefer remain shut (i.e. people enrolling early, "trying out" a college, then changing their minds and transferring).

Then again, Auburn has the entire NCAA wrapped around their little finger, so maybe its not so unrealistic after all.

I think it was the family he was living with. Word is he was not welcome back to their home when he made his choice to leave UF.

Yep. If UGa has a season in which they are competitive for the SEC East title, they will recruit well.

If they do not, the drama surrounding the program may create enough uncertainty to scare off many recruits. And probably will (in this scenario) if they fire Richt and do not make a HOME RUN hire to replace him.

Does this bump us up to Recruiting National Champions? I need a new t-shirt.

If true, that is really fricked up.
