Chris Low of ESPN thinks Arkansas may just be the 3rd best...

I love chris lowe. he is an extremely knowledgeable journalist. does his homework and makes very fair accurate assesments. he also stated Mel Kiper says brandon allen will be drafted 5-7 rounds. notabertfan you have been put on alert. if you don't pron drop after he is drafted you are a welching tPOS.
