With the hype train back on Shea Patterson going to Michigan, I have a few questions for tRant, and a question for UF fans specifically.

I’m wondering what player or players on your team went on to be the most successful at another school?

For example;
Florida’s would be Cam Newton

How do you feel about their success somewhere else? What went wrong, and how would it be different if they stayed?

Idk how to feel about Patterson, apart of me wants to see if he can reach his full potential, but a part of me wants to see him suck now.
I imagine it’s how Florida fans feel about Will Grier. Do y’all hate Grier, just not care, or do you wish him success?

Alabama could be Kamara.

Auburn had Brandon Jacobs

I would say Baker Mayfield, but our cops are pretty good tacklers.

This is a really good question. Should be some solid responses.

Tons were poached from LA.

Georgia, Nick Marshall? Although he’s an odd ball who switched from CB to QB. How did that happen?

Tyron Johnson is the only guy I can think of that didn't totally disappear after leaving LSU.

Thanks, Les.

I'm pretty certain he switched positions when he landed in JUCO. He turned out to be a good QB for Auburn's offense. Hard to say how good of a CB he was, but that was his projected position at the next level.

In recent years, the two most talented players that couldn't stay out of trouble were probably Isaiah Crowell and Josh Harvey-Clemons.

I can't think of anyone better who got away. Kendall Sheffield could still turn out to be really good, though.

Keenan Allen was pretty good and he would've gone there if y'all took his brother too who wasn't a bad player

I don’t hate Grier I hate McElwain for not doing more to keep Grier when our QB room is so terrible. I hope Grier goes #1 overall next year, he’s a good kid that made a dumb decision, I think Mac should’ve had his back but it is what it is.

No one for Football comes to mind. I personally believe it's Rodney Hood for Men's Basketball for us. But that's due to the fact our incompetent Athletic Administration was in over their heads on the Stansbury fiasco.

Jaire Alexander was committed to sc then decomitted after SOS said he had a year or 2 left. Went on to louisville and a first rounder. Then you have Kenny Irons who xferred in thw holtz era to Auburn.
