It's definitely not Chimys for A&M. It's not even the only Chimys in Texas.

Not sure but I don't think so, if that's the case chimes shouldn't win LA and the library in Oxford should win MS

Was it kildares before? I felt like that place was always dead and was refurbished recently.

And Dave's for Starkville? LOL. I do enjoy pizza and trivia, though.

Honestly the most fun I've had in a college bar in Mississippi was in Hattiesburg. Can't remember a goddamn thing about it.

Agreed. Dave's might only be your thing if you're a hippy/liberal. The Bin is way better, imo.

I like going to Rick's to hit on middle aged barflies and playing darts or cornhole.

Flying Saucer? Lol no.

it's not a college bar but it sure is a cool place. Nashville has more colleges than any city in the south (17) but it's not a college town. I mean, c'mon, vanderbuilt?

It's pretty sad when the best bar in your state is a chain.

It's also a chain that didn't even start in tennessee. shite there's like 4 in the metro Memphis area

There are plenty better unique bars in other cities/towns in TN w colleges in them

Do you have to be a bar at the biggest college in your state to apply? There are better college bars in Nola than BR.

Taco Tuesday. Tacos for less than $1

Taco Bell sells them for a quarter. The subject is bars.

This is 2017, not 1997. Tacos at taco bell were over $1 five years ago when I was still in college

The pizza at Dave's is enough to make the list. But if you haven't had fun in a college bar in MS, either you haven't been to many, or you don't like college bars, period, which is fine too.

It is kind of divey and outside of 5 points. But it was a younger crowd for sure.
