Don't really know about the rest of the country (have not been able to watch a lot of college football outside the SEC this year), but I still give Gurley the edge in the SEC based on overall track record.
However, Hill has really impressed me. That guy is a freaking load and I absolutely love the way he runs. Copeland blocking for him is a thing of beauty and not something I am looking forward to in the Bama/LSU game. Hill could end up being the best back in the SEC.
I do really like Yeldon, but I just don't know if he has the physicality of Gurley and Hill.

Few times I have seen him run the ball guy is a beast and moves real well don't know why Bobo doesn't give him carries.
You have Darren McFadden and you are pining to give carries to Peyton Hillis.

I'd say the year isn't over yet, so your question is non-sensical.

I agree. Yeldon seems to be running... I don't know softer?
He's still a beast but not in the same class as those other two.

Gurley and Hill then a big gap.

1a...Gurley
1b...Hill
1c...Davis
2...Yeldon
That's right now, def. looking forward to seeing Arky's Collins against quality competition...
The SEC is as deep at RB as they are at QB, I think that's gotta lot to do with the "D's" seeming to be down this year. So many great "skill" players in the SEC this year...

Anybody that is putting Yeldon up there with Hill and Gurley is just being a homer. He was pretty good last year, but has only really had one decent game this year.
Those other two are beasts.
