Clearly you missed the point. I am shocked.

Clearly your attempt was a fail.

You need to go to the Tiger Rant and spew your entitlement there. This is the SECrant.

No problem. The powers that be don't want the image that this is not an SEC neutral place. It has been a point of emphasis.

Have four or five permanent games (everyone gets to keep their goddamn rivalries) and the other three to four games rotate. Top two teams get to title game

That would work. As a Bama fan, I'd have no problem playing Lsu, Ga, Au and Fla in a given year, if a rotation fell that way, so long as we keep Tn as a yearly.

You can't be serious.. Your coach and AD are basically being told to sit in the corner.. National articles portraying them as scared of an annual game.. Doesn't look too cool, frankly, it's embarrassing..

Entitlement? Surely you jest considering the discussion here and the reason for the scheduling structure. Alabama Twighlight talking about entitlement when this structure is based on the Tenn rivalry.

You'd think the big, SECRANT.COM would be a clue.

And in the same breath your fanbase balks at the idea of changing the divisional structure to maintain your rivalry because it's too hard if that happens.

The practical effect of all of that is nothing. It doesn't do anything to the institution and the fact that we waxed UF last year makes it even less of an issue. Texas dodging TAMU is much fresher and only a few months later it hardly gets any pub.

We should just let Ole Miss and LSU switch permanent opponents.

So basically LSU is being phased out of the original SEC? fricking great.

Exactly. I know it won't change. Just fun to highlight the hypocrisy of the situation. South Carolina and Arkansas changing constants, no problems. Kentucky off our schedule, no problem. Missouri to the east, no problem. LSU wants to rotate in the east, OUTRAGE AND SCARED.

i figure if LSU doesn't like it then they should give the Big 12 a call. or hell even try and go independent and get a TV deal with like TBS or something

SEC EAST - Auburn, Alabama, UGA, Tenn, Florida, S. Carolina, Kentucky.

WEST - TAMU, Missouri, Arkansas, LSU, Ole MIss, Miss State, Vandy

If they do that, they should disband the SEC. The SEC East would be a conference unto itself. The west side would have LSU almost permanently in the SECCG.

I would actually like to play teams like UGA more. Rotation offers that. Permanent doesn't.

But you keep your rivalry, which is the reason for this structure in the first place.

LSU would grow complacent with less competition and others would rise up. It wouldn't be the free ride it appears to be.
