One of the rotating stable of retards Chad Morris trotted out there threw like six interceptions against one of the G5 programs he lost to. I don't remember who. I was drunk a lot that season.

Shane Matthews was the last QB for Florida to have 5 picks against Mississippi State in 1992.
i was at that game

pretty sure it was a Thursday night game at StarkVegas

Spurrier threw his visor almost as many times as Matthews threw INTs

it was fascinating to watch him on the sidelines in the fourth quarter - he completely lost interest in the game, in fact spent the last couple of series with his back to the field, chewing his fingernails

Look at the upside. I hear he has several new NIL deals lined up.

Google's AI reports that Lagaway tied Shane Matthews (1992) but is surpassed by UF's John Reaves, who threw nine in 1969. Quincy Carter threw five against SC.

And interesting note about John Reaves, he had a daughter named Layla. She married some rando named Lane Monte Kiffin.

It was Curley Hallman

Why DiNardo (I think it was) refused to run the ball and keep throwing is one of the biggest questions I have about a game I attended. LSU absolutely deserved to win that game

Jeff Rutledge threw 5 interceptions all year in 1977…and all 5 came in a single game…Bama lost an away game at Nebraska (31-24), their only loss that year…

That is a crazy stat.

I bet it would surprise most people that despite leading the SEC in interceptions with 6, Lagway is 4th in the league in completion percentage at 71%.

If you were to count those interceptions as receptions, he would be first in the league.

Corral was very hot & cold at times. He had a combined 11 interceptions in those two games, but threw only 14 the entire season.

That is Layla Kiffin's daddy.

He saved his best shots for last.

Layla and friends.

LSU Aubie game

Way too many classics in this series for these two not to be permanent rivals. I know it's just asking for one more elite team Auburn has to play. IDC; Auburn/LSU is fun.

I would question why you remember that was DiNardo since it was clearly Curley Hallman's curtain call.
