Aggies don’t want any of you on our bandwagon. Heck Aggies aren’t even on a bandwagon.
We suck

LSU's inability to adjust to a QB change doesn't mean that QB is great.
No doubt, but Weigman is pretty bad, that was my point.
LSU was shutting A&M down with Weigman in the game also, not sure that Notre Dame doing so was all because they have a good defense.

Statistically, Reed has been the better passer this season.
Reed

6 touchdowns
0 interceptions
147.9 passer rating
Weigman
62/109
56.9%

This is a thread about A&M with no mention of Texas by the OP. Yet your response is not an argument against his assessment, it is a deflection.
I think OP is correct in his position about the lack of strength in the schedule, but to not point out the very real fact that A&M has appeared to look extremely strong, by any measure, is to be whistling past the graveyard.

Next up. Eight in the box and make Reed throw it. Maybe he can, maybe he can’t. We will find out.

Who's they? Message Board, smesaage hored. A&M will play whomever is on the schedule. Sooner or later they will get Georgia. But for now, it is out of their hands. And I'm sure the team is now only focused on South Carolina.
LOL. It's been posted on THIS board numerous times that UGA has been ducking A&M, but when that line gets turned around, only then do people see how stupid it is.

What the hell are you talking about?!?! Georgia hasn't stepped foot in Aggieland since A&M joined the conference; further, our Internet/ forum gripes about your bullshite favorable calls is a sentiment everyone that plays in Athens has echoed at one time or another, so forgive us for complaining after playing y'all ONCE- in Athens, where there was indeed some curiously timed calls/ no-calls.
Aggies loved the Dawgs beating t.u.; please don't burn bridges between our fan bases so soon with accusatory, paranoia-driven gobbledygook!
LOL. People post on THIS board that UGA has been ducking A&M. It's just as stupid when that line is turned around.

If LSU can't handle a running QB how in the hell will they deal with Jalen Milroe? He can throw the ball enough to keep you honest.

I don’t really like the no divisions thing. Look at that pussy schedule vs UGA and Florida’s.

A&M's backup had two pass attempts and LSU couldn't stop him running the ball. Other defenses (particularly the better ones like Texas) will be able to scheme to stop a QB who doesn't throw the ball much. if anything, Reed makes A&M even more one dimensional.
This is true . I am cautiously optimistic that Reed will continue to evolve . He is definitely a bigger run threat at this point and time. Connor is a much better passer but is not a fit in Kleins offense. Even if A&M had great qbs the wr's do not get separation on a consistent basis and good defenses can shut down the run. A&M's offense will struggle more this year and to me is a week to week guess on the outcome. I don't think just Reed is going to get it done. Need backs to step up even more against tough competition and introduce some TE's into the passing equation.

It’s easier for WRs to get separation if the QB is a run threat.

True and hopefully that will help. Reed has been in plenty this year and made some decent throws but not consistently. Need more out of wr's.

I have enjoyed reading through this thread.
Why would you expect Reed to throw the ball? He didn’t need to. If you can beat your opponent by running the ball then you run the ball. Why would you want to start passing the ball when you don’t need to.
Reed did have a beautiful deep pass. Longest play of the night.
It is going to get interesting

ND has a defense that is borderline of that level and frustrated A&M because of it.
ND's defense is stout, but honestly the 1st half of the lsu game felt like a re-run of being stymied by ND until we switched to Reed. Not saying it would have turned out the same way, but it's something to consider.
