Is Missouri only allowed to be good at one sport at a time?

Wasn’t it La-Monroe that had the fallout with Ole Miss last year because the game was called for poor field conditions after OM didn’t pull out the tarp?

As always, thanks bigD! We haven't fared well at their place recently. Southern Miss holds a three-game winning streak over the Tide at home, and they're a hot hitting team right now. Zane will have his hands full tonight. Hoping it won't be another football score.

31 runs over their last 3 games against La Tech. Sheesh.

One benefit for us is that the blew through a huge chunk of their pitching rotation against La Tech the other day. 12 different pitchers.

What’s this 15-1-1 record about?

That is what the SEC network has your record listed as.

I take it back they just changed it.

Now corrected. They have had it wrong for 3 days.

FYI, I don't go to each team's website for the info, I copy and paste the schedule and standings from SECsports.com, so if they are wrong, I am wrong.

Dont love playing 2 mid-week games right before conference play starts but we saved Javen Coleman from pitching over the weekend so I assume Kade Anderson starts tonight then Javen Coleman tomorrow night. Kade I could see pitch over the weekend as well depending how far he went into tonight but even then I could see him throwing an inning on a Saturday or Sunday.

Hopefully our offense finally wakes up and neither starter has to go deep at all and we can get some of the end of the bullpen guys more work.

I could see Kade and Javen pitching tonight with pitch limits to have both available at some point on the weekend

Wed will likely be a bullpen game

Loer is another one that didn't pitch this weekend, so he will get some work for sure

I hate two mid week games during conference play, all together.

Arkansas has on paper, a torturous week coming up in April, which follows another two mid week game set with San Jose State.
@ #14 Alabama weekend series
#24 Texas Tech 2 game mid week series
@ #20 South Carolina weekend series

The halted game 1 of the UGA/GT series was officially canceled yesterday.

UGA gave GT several different dates they’d be willing to go down to ATL to finish the game but of course GT said none would work.

Not surprising but still incredibly weak.

Imma be pissed if we are on the bubble come May

Could see that as well to get both at least 2 full days rest before the weekend starts

GT is not going to help you off the bubble. Beating and playing them in one more game may have actually hurt Georgia.

Just not even remotely true.

Baseball added the Quad system in RPI this year.

There’s a very good chance that by the end of the year a win at Tech is a Quad 1 win. To say it would hurt us is just stupid

*Auburn starts SEC play with FOUR-straight Top10 opponents
*Kentucky finishes SEC play against SEVEN straight top 20 opponents
*LSU has an 8-week stretch playing against SEVEN top 20 opponents and FOUR straight top 10 opponents
*Miss St starts SEC play against 3 top10 opponents
*Texas A&M and Vandy start SEC play playing 5/6 weekends against top20 opponents
*Ole Miss and Georgia both finish SEC play with FOUR straight weeks of ranked opponents
*South Carolina starts SEC play with 5/6 weekends of top15 opponents
*ONLY four teams do NOT play against top20 opponents for 4-straight weeks: Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt
