So? Marshall played behind the best WR in the country and a first rounder.

Jeudy has a Biletnikoff Award too.

And he and Ruggs were the first two WRs taken.

And Chase won it this year. Waddle played behind a former winner.

Then maybe "clearly' wasn't the right word.

Oh, hypotheticals.

If Murray comes back for senior season he goes before Burrow.

Key phrase “became a starter”

Waddle has never been a starter, nevermind having a Heisman winner throwing to him.

Never being a starter isn't a great superlative.

Barrett Sallee has about as much credibility as the ESPN FPI garbage. Which is to say he has none. Indeed, he is a complete and utter waste of time.

2019 stats:
Chase: 84-1780-20
Smith: 68-1256-14
Marshall: 46-671-13
Waddle: 33-560-6
Harris: 26-304-7
McMath: 17-285-3

I’ll take our receiving corps any day. Y’all clearly have an proven advantage at RB but it’s yet to be seen if any of our 3 guys can be stars since Clyde got almost all meaningful reps.

Lets compare their QBs too.

LSU:

Joe Burrow for 15 games

Alabama:

Mac Jones for 5 games
Tua for 9 games.

Hmmmm

Nope.

The low level, 2 year Saints assistant with no prior offensive coaching experience who built the world's greatest college football offense all by himself in one offseason is gone.

Is this like you replacing Mike Shula with a mediocre NFL head coach?
