Don't be afraid. Don't be scared. Accept it and acknowledge that the greatest nemesis ever known in the SEC, Alabama's vaunted defense, is coming back strong.
After playing ECU, which may have been the toughest team any SEC team faced over this extended weekend, Alabama sits at #1 in the SEC and #3 in the nation in rushing yards allowed.
It's going to be a fun season.

It's not wild. If your brain did work like mine, you could read stats for yourself, maybe one day you can, and determine that Alabama is 1st in the SEC and 3rd nationally in rushing yards allowed.

I'm old enough to remember when Alabama fans didn't brag about beating ECU in Week One.

Alabama played a much better team than LSU did in week one and every LSU fan currently alive is bragging about beating Clemson like they just beat Alabama in Tiger Stadium, which is the rarest accomplishment in college football.
