Arkansas hasn’t changed. They are still mired in mediocrity just hoping every year they can win enough games to be invited to the Weedeater Bowl.

I remember when Arkansas absolutely gave away their game to Oklahoma State. In hindsight, it was very kind of Arkansas as that was one of only 3 victories for Oklahoma State.
