In an ideal world, all the fans would stay the whole game and support their team, but college football isn't like that. Bama vs ULL is a joke of a game. At 11AM, when your team is up 49 points at half? Why would anyone continue to watch that game unless they are just a diehard supporter? Cause it certainly isn't entertaining.
You want people in the stands? Give them a reason to be in the stands that isn't just the game on the field. Because for a game like that, the product just isn't there.

The problem with this one isn't an empty student section in the 4th quarter of a 49-0 game...........it's that the student section looked like this at kickoff. And basically looked like this the whole game.
Walking 4 blocks to the stadium and watching Tua play QB for an hour for free before heading to the bar to watch other games isn't that tough an ask IMHO. Never seemed to be before.

Damien is right, it was sad to see. I told my wife the same thing. It was a combination of a weak opponent and the game start time. My daughter scanned in and walked right back out so she would not lose the rest of her home tickets. Damien is a class act, we saw him being dropped off at the parking lot and he took the time to take photos and sign autographs with some young fans.

Oh, damn. Really? Thats crazy. Not all that unexpected though. That is where college football is going.
My logic is always: I only get to do this 7 times a year, so enjoy every second.
