Well I guess I could pick 3 years where those numbers would favor LSU. Since 2000 Bama has had 118 players drafted, LSU in the same time period had 112. So congrats I guess, a whole 6 people difference. Oh and Bama isn’t number one, that goes to Ohio St with 131 in that time frame.

I don’t understand bama is ranked higher than LSU in recruiting and also who the hell is the QB for you guys next year?? I mean you guys had a great year with probably the best year performance from a QB in awhile. Might need to pump the brakes

Give jt a break. Bama is still Bama. Great year by LSU. Bama fans will learn to realize the Sec and CFB needed tbis. Another year of Bama Clemson wouldn’t have been good. Why did Bama fans kinda pull for LSU when not playing them ? Because usually talent on field was close and they wanted competition. Can you imagine the game

This is a flash in the pan year for LSU. QB is by far the most important position on the field and the guy LSU is trotting out next year sucks. Plus Brady will be leaving by this time next year. I suspect the normal blue bloods, plus Clemson will be back in the playoffs next season.

You are right. My numbers were bull shite Alabama had 56 players on opening rosters LSU had 32. Short changed Alabama by 4 players.

We are talking active NFL players not practice squad etc. Site your source for 44 players because the the NFL and NCAA says LSU opened the season with 32 players on active roster.
Ohio State was a distant second at 44.
Alabama had 75% percent more players than LSU and double the amount of every other school after the top 6.
Different level of development happens at Alabama.
