I didn't say anything about what I think happened. I commented on your reasoning. Your reasoning of "percentages" is faulty and shows nothing to justify either position of this happening.
My point is if you make me pick a side right now without any facts besides what he have now, im picking the cops side. Not because i think cops are always right, because that is far from the truth. But i think it is a greater % chance that the cop didnt decide to arrest an innocent teenager for no reason. I think it is a far greater chance that a young teenager had too much to drink and made a poor decision. That is called playing the percentages

If i was a judge i would use the facts in the case presented to me. But we dont have any facts at all right now. We are making completely blind guesses. What is so hard for you to understand about this?

ETA: It is actually blowing my mind how confused you are right now. I am admitting i dont have any facts are proof at all. But if someone forced me to make a prediction without knowing anything, i would say brown was in the wrong. But i could be completely wrong.

What is so hard about reserving judgement until all facts are available?

mmmmm hmmm. Sure it is. This cop knew that this 18 year old kid, who had been on campus for all of two weeks, was a highly touted bama football player. The cop, being a barner, saw the opportunity to stick it to da man (saban). Make sure the tin foil on your windows isn't coming loose.

What's funny is this thread was created by an LSU fan. We have absolutely no room to talk. GTFO

This is a freaking message board. Not a courtroom. I admitted my guess may be wrong. Thats why it is called playing the percentages. Not once did i say they should use this as reasoning to convict him.

Paul Bryant has absolutely nothing to do with ANY law enforcement people in Tuscaloosa or anywhere else. The guy is a wealthy 70 year old businessman who has no need nor desire to have any influence in the law enforcement community. The very thought is ludicrous.

You obviously know nothing about the man's true reputation in the business world or his status in Tuscaloosa. Just a message board know-nothing like most of the people here.

What I said was 100% true.

Yet, you are accusing people of having "Crimson glasses" on if they take the opposite position.

Because i think it is a little delusional to assume the cop chased him down and pepper sprayed him for no reason based on the information we have now.
