Won't make a difference. Potter clay. It won't be any basketball played for the barners after the first round.

I don't make those decisions, besides you have some important game coming up, get back to work

Pretty sure the "Let's stand around, brick shots and watch our PG dribble" offense doesn't work against man defense either

Thanks for your honesty monroe. Thankfully the pelicans didn't get him. It would have been a disaster. Hope you guys make the playoffs.

"Avery's offense" in the last 5 games wouldn't work against Mountain Brook High.

I am still your biggest fan though ReauxlTide222. Besides, it is hard not to like TB.

Because AU hired Bruce.

Pretty much this. They wiffed on a big time college coach thinking that they would get a BB Saban and had to go with what they could get that would make news.
Personally, I don't think he was a bad choice. He is an excellent recruiter. Not sure how anyone outside of UK thinks that they will acquire a big time coach.

We took a chance and it hasn't panned out. However, it's not like he's destroyed the program. He's built a nice roster and had 3 decent seasons. I just don't think he can take us any further.

He’s from Louisiana. Devonta Smith is from Louisiana. 26-23, that’s why.

The Avery hire wasn’t and still isn’t a bad hire. Lot of people said worst about Bruce’s slow trajectory last year.

The barn has had 7 losing seasons in the past two years with Pearl having two of those 7. Now the cow college is the King of BB. Enjoy your year barners and Hope that No Ture BB job opens after this season otherwise Pearl will use his chips and move on. The barn needed Bruce and Bruce needed the barn at that time.

I can't argue with this reasoning. It was a perfect match for each. Don't hate that he is tearing it up. We were in such a hole after incompetent coaches it has taken him this long to get us to the NCAAs.

I think Avery needs at least one more year. If that doesn’t work out we can always hire Bruce.

What kinda dumb shite is this? I guess Fox has been tearing it up... you people with these short leashes.. Avery will be a very good coach in this league he's sitting right on a NCAA bid in his 3rd season... with the 5th youngest team in the country. His recruiting is better than we've had in years.. It may take some time but it's definitely not time to put a fork in him... Why in the hell did UGS hire Fox or Richt or Smart may be better question...
