I just knew we were going to whip LSU, we had the psychological edge going into that game.

#1. LSU
#2. Notre Dame
#3. Texas
#4. 2015 Clemson
#5. UGA
#6. 2016 Clemson

He's talking about the fake news rumor that Minkah has a lacerated kidney.

Completely insane that Bama can rank six NC game opponents over 10 years. CFB will never see that again.

They said similar things after the Bear.

If Alabama is somehow granted another absolute god at coach within my lifetime, then I will know we are the chosen people.

Agreed. That was just another bowl game. The REAL NC that year was Bama vs Georgia.

If we were healthy? Probably #2.

With a third of our starters out? Maybe #5.

If Bama wins Monday night, this will have been Saban's most impressive coaching job IMO. The injuries have been like nothing I've seen.

You sound like an Auburn fan - trying to ride the injury excuse train. I expect better from Bama.

Reminds me of LSU game. Going to be tough sledding for our offense. Defense needs to show out for the game.

Agreed. I have not a clue who will win but I think whomever does it will be earned and deserved. Two worthy teams.

I mean, he's just talking about his own personal confidence level. If I were a Bama fan, I'd feel much more confident with a healthy SDH, Moses, and Jennings at the LB position. They're not missing as much as they were during the State and Barn games, but you could see the difference in Bama with and without those players.

I felt confident about all of them other than the Clemson games and I was pretty sure we'd lose last year, but in order:

1. Texas (I thought Saban would outcoach Mack worse than he actually did)

2. LSU (I thought the LSU win in Tuscaloosa was flukey and it was a revenge game plus best Defense in the history of CFB)

3. UGA (I just think it's not a great match up for UGA but I completely expect this game to be closer than all but the Clemson games)

4. ND (Seems ridiculous now but ND seemed like a team of destiny and had alot of really great players, but like someone said it became fairly obvious quick that behind their star players they were slow, small, and unathletic.)

5. Clemson '15 (I was worried but I thought DH would pull us thru, I was more confident than was warranted in hindsight. It was all Saban in that one.)

6. Clemson '16 (I thought we'd lose. I never really hoped until Jalen scored late and then I looked at how much time was on the clock and despaired)

That ND team was so lucky. They weren't blowing anyone out. Barely scraping by shite teams. Te'o was being pumped as a heisman because he caught a bunch of tipped balls. I know Bama would take them tl the woodshed

I'd say #5. Georgia is better in key position groups, and Jennings was Bama's only real pass rush threat.

Not very confident about this one at all.

ND has been irrelevant since the late 80's early 90's.

I am hopeful Bama can beat this really good UGA team. It will be no big surprise if the Dawgs win. I am old and I have seen the great years from two of the greatest college coaches. Roll Tide

I mean, they definitely weren’t irrelevant because they made the BCS NC. I just didn’t think they were very good. Outside of OU, they struggled against anyone with a pulse.
