Bama fans, where does this NC game rank in terms of pre-game confidence for you?

I would think based on the teams Saban has tended to struggle with, y'all would be feeling relatively confident going into the game. My guess would be something along the lines of (from most confident to least confident):

1. 2012 vs. Notre Dame
2. 2011 vs. LSU
3. 2017 vs. UGA
4. 2016 vs. Clemson
5. 2015 vs. Clemson
6. 2009 vs. Texas

Just curious to see how confident y'all feel going into this game. Best of luck on Monday. I hope we beat y'all by 50

If we were healthy? Probably #2.

With a third of our starters out? Maybe #5.

If Bama wins Monday night, this will have been Saban's most impressive coaching job IMO. The injuries have been like nothing I've seen.

Not bad. I would definitely not put TX lowest. I think actually LSU would be lowest, TX mixed in among the Clemsons and UGA (i.e. 50/50 propositions).

Hamilton
Hootie Jones
Jennings
Cotton
Moses
Possibly Minkah

Ok sorry, a quarter of our starters.

Just found out Big 10 refs will be officiating the game so my confidence level has take a significant hit.

I put Texas lowest just because it was Bama's 1st one with Saban, and McCoy was a player who I could have seen Bama struggling with.

Really? I was incredibly confident y'all would win that game. Put it at 35 (or something like that) in my bowl confidence that year. If your kicker wouldn't have completely sucked you would have won the 1st game with relative ease.

Thinking the Big Ten said screw Bama huh...honestly that would be concerning for me as a Bama fan too. A little you don't belong our guy did type deal.

Everyone was worried about the Pac12 officials in the Sugar Bowl, and I thought they were solid.

I was actually nervous about the Notre Dame game until they were heading out of the tunnel and you got to see just how much bigger the Bama players were. As soon as I saw that I told my wife this game won't be close

Completely insane that Bama can rank six NC game opponents over 10 years. CFB will never see that again.

I would rather have big 10 refs than big 12. If we played Clemson in the natty last year with big 10 refs we win. Big 10 refs have at least heard of offensive holding and offensive pass interference

Notre Dame seemed like such a fraudulent team that year to me.

I’m pretty confident about this game. I think we match up better with Georgia than even against Clemson.

I thought Moses was playing and/or Wilson would be the starter and he started throughout the season.

My bad for getting that wrong.

i made a nd alum so mad at me prior to that game. i as dead straight hnst with him, and told him. i'm not being mean or cocky, just honest. but nd dont have a clue whats about to hit them. dude wouldnt even talk to me afterwards.

as for this game
i think it will be a headknocker. i know i'm not the only one that sees the burning desire in the uga team. they want bad. it wont shock me a bit if it plays out like the first 2 bama/clemson games, maybe not as much scoring.

My own ... #1 being the MOST confident I felt we were going to win:

1. 2012 vs. Notre Dame (Happened EXACTLY as I expected - who didn't know these guys were soft?)
2. 2009 vs. Texas (Was way closer than I expected and could have lost possibly)
3. 2016 vs. Clemson (I mean we had the best D ever right? )
4. 2017 vs. UGA (I'm honestly 50/50 on it)
5. 2015 vs. Clemson (I mean it's Clemson right?)
6. 2011 vs. LSU (honestly didn't expect to win this one but was very pleasantly surprised after the first two LSU posessions)
