The best is when I hear Bama fans talking about LSUs 2007 team backing in. That team won their division at least.

My only problem is that the B1G keep changing their rules for them. They are obviously a very talented team.

The difference in the two is that the teams in front of us laid eggs, which allowed us to move up. The SEC did change rules to allow us to play. This is all on the B1G.

Dabo is right. The chicken shite BiG chose not to play the same as other conferences so piss on them.
Dabo is 100% on point. Not only will they have only played 5 games, but their schedule is arguably the worst in the entire country for a P5 team. Put in Cincy over them, hell if UF or A&M weren’t up there I’d put in Iowa St over them if they beat OU again.
I really think you have to earn your way in and Ohio st has not done that. With that said bring it on, let them get their arse kicked like every other big ten team has. This year the non power fives have a legitimate complaint because the pussies in the big ten didn’t want to play. It’s a shame they take a spot from another team that has earned it on the field. Let OSU stay home and celebrate their win over Perennial powerhouse Northwestern

What happens in the playoffs/BCS games in itself doesn't validate or contradicts if a team belonged.
Of course Alabama 2012 and tOSU 2020 are/were talented enough to win it all; but you can still make an argument if other teams were more worthy of the spot.
It's a separate discussion.
LSU's most talented team ever could very well be 2006. Two very close road losses vs eventual 11+ win teams were the only blemishes. The Auburn game was controversial with bad calls and a ridiculous coaching approach.
You put that team in the BCS title and they easily win it going away. That doesn't mean they deserved it. It's a different discussion.
