Right now they’re openly defending this Burton guy who hit a woman who’s a Tennessee fan.

Going to the wire defending this guy. Not one has condemned it.

It’s all about winning and nothing else.

I’ve seen comments on the SEC rant such as, “It’s her fault. Bitch shouldn’t have been on the field.”

You gotta be kidding me…

He and Saban were scared for their lives. He just did what he had to do in order to get to the dressing room alive.

To be fair, this just isn’t true. An entire thread by a Bama fan condemning it was on here right after it happened.

There’s a part of them deep down that knows it’s a bad look and knows a Tennessee player smacking a bama female fan would have them unhinged, but their egos are very delicate to the point where they rather turn themselves into a pretzel defending it because their precious Bama Footbawl is that crucial to their livelihood

Didn’t you hear that Burton was scared?
He had every right to shove that imposing figure of a sorority girl.

That is not remotely true and it is completely adorable that you are using the SECrant as some sort of representative sample of Alabama fans. It's like going to the upper deck of a Saints game and saying "hey... that's you typical Saints fan."

As a whole? Most alum and good fans are not even close to this. I beg to differ, sir.

Sounds like you’ve gotten the shite trolled out of you by a few guys. Most Bama fans said it was wrong and that he should be suspended

I think the real question here should be whether or not he has air conditioning.

You can make the argument that she was trust passing and had she been where she should have been this would not have happened. To me the player hit her with a open hand on top of her head. Like a swing to knock a hat off.
Anyway just glad he didn’t hit her in the face with a closed fist. Had he things would be much worse for all.

So you’re victim blaming when the entire stadium rushed the field, a CFB tradition when teams have a big upset? frick off with that, pal

This is just stupid and not correct. Poor attempt at trying to justify this POS actions. Do you even understand what and how trespassing works? Apparently not.

Honestly, Knoxville Police should just go ahead and issue a warrant for his arrest.
