Bama has 5 of the last 9 NC's. Whats 1 more? LSU hasn't won anything substantial since 2007. In the last NC game you played in (2011) the Championship was literally yanked from your mouths and your dentures came out with it. At least you acknowledged that you have everything to gain because right now you have NOTHING and I'm afraid for you because after Saturday night you'll still have nothing. Hostile environment on the road. #3 ranked team. Had an off night. Bad officiating. Lucky turnovers for LSU.
A 1 loss Bama gets in the CFP in almost every scenario I can think of.
It's what's best for the SEC anyway. SEC Champ + Bama in the CFP. Like last year.

I am not so sure with the Alabama team with not one top win - at the end of the season they would not have 1 top 25 win

The thing is, Bama has won so much recently that losing and missing out this year for the first time really wouldn't be that big of a deal outside of the initial sting.

News flash...LSU controls it's own destiny. We have everything to lose in this game. It's the reason the national buzz is so great. There is so much riding on this game for both teams. It's ok to admit that we must win this game, no shame in that.

This should be an epic game with both teams having something to lose. I do however feel like if Bama loses we can still possibly get in. If some of your LSU compadres don't think so....They haven't been watching college football the past few years. Like it or not Bama gets the benefit of the doubt in similar situations. In MY opinion which means shite to you LSU people "We've earned it". I'm sure my Bama counterparts agree.
