Very unfortunate that the majority of y'all's fanbase also does not follow or care at all about baseball. It really is a lot of fun, especially when you've got a team

Their minds are simple... so what do you expect.

Is LSU any different?

Of course they are. They've always loved college baseball, ever since it started in the early 90s.

Oh, so you only bash the non-football sports when your team is out of it. I see.

In baseball? No way. If anything our fans are way too overbearing

I replied to sidewalk tiger who said that said:

Bama fans follow consistency, pride and effort.. ANY sport that shows competitive potential Bama fans will follow and strongly support

In general, LSU fans are the same way. Tiger stadium is often half empty when their football team isn't in playoff contention, and the basketball arena is damn near fully empty when their basketball team sucks.

The baseball team is good pretty much every year, so I can't definitively say what the baseball stadium would look like if they sucked in baseball, but I'd imagine that attendance and interest would take a hit.

It seems like you're misunderstanding what's being said here.

It isn't about a stadium being half empty in any specific year, it's about a sport being followed and supported by the fanbase. LSU basketball sucked this year but obviously, the sport is followed and supported, based on the recent coaching moves.

I had no idea Bama was 8 in baseball. Did everybody else quit playing? I’m sure this won’t last.

Wow a brag post that didn’t include LSU for a change.

Maybe you’re growing up before our very eyes.
