So sad to hear. Definitely a great player and sounds like a wonderful person. Prayers for all the Auburn family.

Just saw this. My thoughts and prayers with the Lutzenkirchen family and Auburn community.

Should never happen to a such a young person.

I know there will be a ton of people there. Philip touched more lives in 23 years than most people ever will.

Thanks fly for your updates.
Still feel bad for the families.

Does anyone have any more information about the wreck? Who called 911 and when? Being in the middle of nowhere and a single car accident the wreck could have happened long before it was noticed. I hate to think of that.

An officer was dispatched at 3:17 a.m. and arrived at the scene at 4:17 a.m., according to the report. A resident near the accident said the two survivors knocked on her door asking for her to call the police, according to WSBTV. She called the police and Craig and Case returned to the scene of the accident with a flashlight. When Craig and Case returned to the neighbor's door, she called the police again.

something very similar happened to us with Brandon Burlsworth, hate it for your school and hate it even more for his family.
