I had an ice cream truck years ago. Around 20 years ago. I think the gross per hour was around $40. I sold shaved snowballs. However it never caught on as kids wanted ice cream. It wasn’t as profitable as the snowballs. I cooked the syrup so it was better than an average stands. Think of sweet tea having the sugar cooked and not just mixed. Was too busy with work and it was too much to do.
You wouldn’t make a nickel in upper middle class neighborhoods. In the lower class ones I could gross around $80 an hour on paycheck Friday evenings.
