Funny how he called out McCain for being a fake so far back. He nailed that one

Johnny Carson might be the biggest loss in TV history. I grew up watching and never thought he’d be irreplaceable. I was wrong.

At least make it 2 years on getting a sticker. And I’ll still pay the yearly amount. It’s a PIA to chase odd stuff in my old truck.

Movie is a perfect example of solid screenplay without all the fancy tech, etc

As I’ve gotten older I hardly give advice. No one listens and wants to do it their own way to begin with. No need wasting my time.
re: Who believes in miracles?

In 2016, due to a long undiagnosed cleft mitral valve, I was in the final stage of congestive heart failure. I was so far gone, my organs had shut down. I wasn’t even digesting food. When they admitted me to the hospital, they found the problem and determined I had to have open heart surgery to replace my mitral valve with a mechanical one. My Dr didn’t tell me until much later, but he put my chance of survival at less than 10%. I was admitted on Nov 7, and they scheduled my surgery for the following Monday the 14th. The reason for the delay was to medicate me for a week in the hope I’d regain enough strength to survive the surgery. Not only did I survive it, I survived a second one a week after the first after coding due to internal bleeding. I left the hospital on Dec 8, wheelchair bound, unable to walk more than a few steps, and on oxygen. Fast forward 8 years and I live a pretty normal active life, I work, travel, go to the gym 3-4 days a week, and pretty much go and do as I please, within reason.
If that’s not a miracle, then I don’t know what is.

Knowing your life history- parents both dying only a couple of years after being born, I’d say you were owed that and so the miracle was “applied” and deservedly so.

I guess Handsome Jack and Marie Laveau switched roles on this one.

The real question is: clear or white icing?
I always get the white myself.

I will never understand his insistence they resign Higgins. That just made no sense at all.

When he gets laid on his arse. I don’t want to hear from him that he needs better protection.

What’s the worst that happens? I frick it up out of square and I’m out a few hundred in lumber?

You’ll see. lol
Drilling into old concrete can be a pain when installing bottom plates. Be ready for that being a time eater. Have the proper drill bits and drill itself.

The evil one feels nearing the block is unavoidable, suffering and the insanity upon entry is unavoidable. The eyes of some are demons and others filthy and grasping for a moment of recognition.
Holy shite if I ever get this dramatic about anything I hope someone puts a bullet in

Meh. I could see feeling that way.
Walking amongst a den of predators that have killed women, kids, etc. no telling. I wouldn’t want to be around it. Call me what you want.

Prey was better then what i anticipated. Not sure about this one. Not opposed to a different storyline.

That second one should've been arrested on the spot. He could've killed that kid with a blind forearm to the face. If that's my kid, that mf'er takes a bullet in the hood one night down the line.

I have a Kubota 3901 with the third function grapple. You can do some serious clearing with it. That itself was worth the purchase of the tractor.
Seals in Woodville had it to where you could avoid state sale taxes during the purchase. Saved thousands. That Couida changed since 3 years ago.

re: What is wrong with shopping malls?

In big cities, malls are as busy as they have ever been.
In small and medium size cities, they are dead.
—-
Kid-traffic or actual sales busy?
The first seems to be the dominant. No one makes a nickel with that one.

Dude gave up after winning a title. It's like the players who think getting drafted is winning the lottery and don't work anymore.
We were ahead of UGA. If we had a coach who was ambitious, we would have stayed ahead of UGA and won 2+ more titles. Instead, we cratered.
—-
Add in the Ryan Clark factor. Team gave up on him. It was totally different before then

re: SELA Flood insurance keeps going up the permitted 17% or 18% per year...

Unless your mortgage is paid off, you have to have it
My neighbor didn’t have it for his nice house and he flooded in 2016 just after dropping it the year before
You can do the hard math on what it takes to repair a flooded house and do some of the work yourself. I don’t have the inside stuff insurance, but I put a lot of milk crates in my attic that I could put that stuff on it. Should it flood
