Is this guy really trolling Auburn for being ranked #1?

He must be from Retardville, USA

Extra special since they just fired their coach for being a massive cheater and the whole team then left.

It was what it was, an international game against a country without a rich history of basketball success who wasn't playing their best players.

That is not a knock on Auburn. You want one or two good teams and a few members of the bum of the month club. This is a really good experience for Auburn to get some valuable in game time to sort things out. Even if you eat a loss against one of those good teams you want that to happen now when you have plenty of time to address it before the season starts.

Auburn did exactly what they should have done in this game.

The segments they showed about the Auburn team visiting historic/holy sites were really interesting. They were clearly moved.

The part about them going into the Dead Sea was great.
I'm sure it's an experience they will never forget.

Yeah, it looks like a great trip for the team, and a great team-building exercise. The Final Four team made a trip to Italy and it made a difference in bonding.

The team they played today was a lot better than the under 20 team they played on Friday. It the first half, they looked comparable to a lower level SEC team, but they got worn down in the second half.

The team they play tomorrow ought to be even better, but this trip is more about bonding and developing chemistry than winning games.

It's tied after 1 but may they are brutally precise moving the ball. Any instance of overcommitment is punished.

They'd be smoking us were they hitting their open 3s.

Israel's ball movement is very impressive - you're right we'd be in serious trouble if their shots were falling, we keep getting hung out

Still, nice to have a small lead on a team that is obviously a very sound and experienced squad

It's good for the boys. No D1 team will move the ball like this one does.

I haven't watched any of the game today but I read somewhere that the Israeli starting PG is the son of David Blatt (ex-Cavs coach).

Why is there not a separate thread? This Israel team deserves to have it's own thread. These are professionals.

And Auburn is hanging with them, after having a game yesterday.
