K St. facilities are a joke, as I'm sure Grinnel's are too. What in the world are the metrics for these lists.
They sent a survey out to 382 schools and got 137,000 responses from students ranking things such as facilities and college life from "excellent to awful". I guess the two students at K State that responded said their facilities were excellent.

BuzzFeed has lists that are less stupid than this one.

Facilities are great but let me say something about Jordan Hare. The bathrooms need some work. That goes for tiger stadium too. I love going to each of them for away games but I do my best to hold my piss.
thats rich but I have never heard of stadium officials asking fans at JH not to flush. seems that has happened several times in the last few years over at your beloved brian dennehey stadium. I'd say you gumps are full of shite.

I think they are talking about Student access. The AU Wellness Center would be hard to beat. Longest indoor track in the country, golf simulators, racket and basketball courts. Climbing Wall, swimming pool/lap pool with climbing wall and a quiet room. Colleges are becoming Club Med.

I'm glad they put K State and Grinell on there, otherwise, I might have thought the rankings had something that resembled credibility.

Bro, Jordan Hare is a dump compared to Bryant Denny. I am not trolling and I love the atmosphere in Auburn but it is what it is.

Jordan Hare wouldn't even be in the top 10 nicest stadiums in the country.
Not that any of Auburn's other facilities are much better. That list is completely insane.
Kansas State? Seriously?

the one thing these threads do accomplish is bringing to light one random Lib College in the middle of no where with a ridiculous endowment.

JHS is AUs worse facility, the rest are some of the best in the country. Compare AU Arena to the dump called Coleman.

As an LSU alum, I am damn tired of losing future NFL and MLB talent to Grinnell College because of our athletic facilities don't stack up.

Not sure how this was determined. I think Auburn has good facilities, but we are not the best. The football stadium is in need of an upgrade (TAMU's is the best I have ever seen).
Our athletic dorms/student housing are amazing. The wellness kitchen is top notch. Basketball, baseball, softball, track and soccer are all very nice.

This is why they were ranked #1:

The AU Arena is awesome IMO, Coleman is a freaking tomb. But with the new softball & baseball facilities, and if Avery can start producing then maybe a new arena is on the horizon for UA men.

this is one very odd post. very odd.
i'm guessing you do not drink liquids before the game. that's pretty fricking odd.
i'm guessing you are a germaphobe and just can't go to public bathrooms because of all of those nasty germs in the air. that's odd too.
I've only been around about 70 years and i'm seen many women that insist on clean sanitized bathrooms but guys just don't give a damn where they take a piss.
I would suggest that you never go camping or anything like that.

These rankings are a joke. Look at the names of some of these schools that are at the top of the rankings. Half of them I've never even heard of before. Kansas state? Yeah frickin right lol. The other school in the top 3 athletic facilities is prob an naia school or something...grinnell? Who the frick? List is not legit at all. Congrats.
