May want to save money for the Gus Bus buyout that's coming next year. Just a thought.

It's unclear if ticket revenue alone would still cover the cost of the renovation project, which is not expected to alter the capacity of Jordan-Hare Stadium much from its current 87,451. The biggest difference would be in the expansion of premium seating in the North end zone and possible relocation of the press box to the Northwest corner, which would then create suites on the West side of the stadium.
That sounds like they're getting rid of some regular seating to add more premium. Some poor joe may lose his seats.

This and 145 million is a lot of ticket sales.

That endzone is fricked up. And a press box in the corner?

Most of the premium seating is already being paid for in other overflow areas. The old seats will move to these locations. My seats are in the north end zone.

Why expand a stadium you only sell out twice a year?

We aren't increasing capacity.

How does that super sized megatron not take away from the in game atmosphere? I feel like everyone would be getting lost in the pretty colors and eventually not even able to make out who's who on the fooseball field.

It actually doesn't take away from the game at all, it's nothing like jerry world as far as taking away from the game.

Pro tip: Stop wasting money on scoreboards and stadium expansions and instead save your money for coaching buyouts and transfer QBs.

It's not hard to not look at a scoreboard. Only time I even look at ours is during replays and when they show people doing dumb shite to get noticed during TV timeouts

Atm paid for theirs through donors. Rich school.
I think y'all could do a better job of not making it look so clunky.
Bama is on tab to renovate and redo the west side club/suites.
